I almost skipped this place because of the reviews, and that would have been a mistake. The food was excellent and tasted much cleaner and fresher than many of the other Vietnamese restaurants in Moreno Valley. That’s something I really care about, and this place delivered. The atmosphere was great too. Bright, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in. A lot of the low ratings seem to come from people complaining about the service. Having traveled in Vietnam, I honestly think many of those reviewers are misreading cultural differences. Not every country does customer service the American way, and that’s okay. In fact, sometimes that’s how you know the food is legit. 😆 My experience was the complete opposite of what the reviews described. When my baby spilled water on the floor, the staff cleaned it up immediately. They kept our water glasses filled, and everyone was pleasant throughout our visit. Tried both the Big Bone Soup and the No.1 Soup — and they did not disappoint. The Big Bone Soup was rich and hearty, with tender meat that easily fell off the bone. The No.1 Soup had a slightly lighter broth but was still full of flavor and well-seasoned. Both were satisfying and comforting. The place itself was clean and well-kept, which added to the dining experience. Music was playing but not too loud — just enough to create a pleasant background atmosphere without interfering with conversation. Overall, a solid spot for a warm, flavorful meal.

I know chop sticks inside the bowl is not good table etiquette; however, it's my food. Anyway, this was the best tendon and steak pho I've ever had. The service was fast. Do you see the quality of this food? The taste was so clean. I didn't add any sauce. But will take some with my leftovers because the servings are big. 10 out of 10. Nothing was needed.
